Boil-water advisory lifted

TAY TOWNSHIP – Residents of the Rope subdivision in Tay Township are no longer under a boil-water advisory.
The warning was issued following a loss of pressure in the water distribution pipes due to power failures caused by the severe thunderstorm on June 8.
Sample results received Friday indicated there was no contamination within the system.
